Refreshing Harrods iconic tiered-based loyalty scheme with designs that showcase real time customer data to display their current status (using KickDynamic).
2017-2021
L’ORÉAL
Produce marketing and advertising designs for multiple luxury brands whilst developing responsive, brand specific and strategic email campaigns for their CRM team.
SPECIFIC ACHIEVEMENT:
Streamlined creative process from brief to execution for multiple luxury brands including YSL, La Roche Posay, Vichy, Kiehls, Georgio Armani, Lancome to name a few.
2016-2017
SWEATYBETTY
Pitched, designed and developed email campaigns for weekly & seasonal sportswear. Executed bespoke amendments using custom console (Responsys).
SPECIFIC ACHIEVEMENT:
Responsible for weekly email campaigns sent to 1.4 million plus loyal customers. Improved customer click-through conversion to website via email campaigns from 59% to 80%.
2014-2016
BRANDALLEY
On hand designer for both marketing and PR teams, which included conceptualising their bespoke item package design to responsive email campaigns.
SPECIFIC ACHIEVEMENT:
Overseeing email campaigns sent to 2.4 million customers on a daily basis (BAU), which involved undertaking managerial responsibility of a design team including junior to mid-weight designers.
