Contracted in as a Freelance Digital Designer responsible for pitch ideas, brainstorming, storyboarding, mock-ups and implementing unique email design modules with approvals from Senior stakeholders. Using cutting-edge collaborative Figma techniques such as global Components with variants, creating brand specific style guides to be used throughout the whole design team, and rapid design amendments. This also included fully developing email designs within SAP creative studios and creating reusable module blocks that worked seamlessly throughout the team's building phase.

Also to note, since joining the team, Harrods YoY (Year on Year) sends went up by 108% (3.1 million) with 17.4% increase in unique clicks and a 87.3% Revenue increase.
